As a platform operating in the Philippines, we design our data handling practices with the Philippine Data Privacy Act in mind — including collecting only the information needed to operate the platform, restricting access to personal data by role, and responding to data subject requests directed to us.

Fare transactions are recorded with a traceable audit trail so operators can reconcile daily collections and support internal or external audits of their own operations.

Platform access is governed by role-based permissions, so that staff only see and manage the operator data, fleet records, or transactions relevant to their responsibilities.
