Terms of Service

These Terms apply to transport operators, cooperatives, and fleet companies that register for iKomyut ("Operators"), and to the employees, drivers, and conductors that Operators add to the platform. Passengers who submit complaints, feedback, or inquiries through our public forms are also subject to these Terms for the purpose of that submission.

Operators are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of information they submit, for the accounts and permissions they grant to their staff, and for keeping login credentials confidential. Operators are responsible for activity that occurs under accounts they administer.

• You will not use the platform to submit false fare, fleet, or transaction data.
• You will not attempt to access accounts, vehicles, or data outside your Operator's account.
• You will not interfere with or attempt to disrupt the platform's operation or security.
• You will use passenger complaint and feedback forms in good faith.

iKomyut facilitates the recording and reporting of fare transactions on behalf of Operators. Where third-party payment processors are involved in collecting fares, those transactions are also subject to that processor's own terms. Operators remain responsible for the fare policies applied to their own routes and vehicles.

We work to keep the platform available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Features such as real-time tracking depend on third-party services (including mapping and connectivity) that are outside our control and may occasionally be unavailable.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, iKomyut is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform, including losses related to fare discrepancies caused by third-party payment or connectivity failures outside our reasonable control.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
